Fini la planification strat\u00e9gique rigide. Il convient d'avoir une vision long terme mais en m\u00eame temps de fixer un cap et des objectifs \u00e0 plus court terme. Cela doit se faire en s\u2019adaptant aux changements du march\u00e9 et en mettant rapidement en \u0153uvre de nouvelles strat\u00e9gies et tactiques en
