In any transformation project, the alliance is crucial and when I was thinking about the name of my company, I reflected on what I wanted to connect, through my approach to organizational and human resources consulting and coaching. My approach is multi-dimensional and is also about broadening views, perspectives, and opportunities, to grow up and unleash potential of clients, organizations and teams. It came to me, quite naturally, that "BroadenUp" perfectly illustrates what I want to bring. The logo, like a tree growing, represents the importance of harmony and the "laws of life", to elevate yourself, thanks to your roots, your ecosystem and your resources.
