An extraordinary coach everyone should have!
I had the pleasure of having Jean-Charles as my coach in Pernod-Ricard during 1 year program as I was building my leadership skills as Global Portfolio Director.
Since the beginning it was clear for me that my coaching journey was going to be different from my peers as I had the opportunity to not only have a great company leader but someone who had true knowledge and skills as a coach.
